Obituary of Petrachuk, David John

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Sunday, September 1st , 2013 of David John Petrachuk of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 69 years. David was born in Ottawa, ON. to his late parents John and Elizabeth Petrachuk. Survived by his daughter Cathy Lynn MacCallum and his granddaughter Jasmine, both of Australia, his special friend Cathie Curley of Summerside and 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Besides his parents, David was predeceased by 1 brother and 1 sister. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside. By personal request, there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. Interment to take place in People's Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in David's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
