Obituary of Hippenstall, James Junior
The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Saturday July 20th, 2013 of James "Tony" Junior Hippenstall of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 84 years. Tony was born on October 26th, 1928 in Summerside, P.E.I. to his late parents James and Eliza ( nee Gallant ) Hippenstall.
Beloved husband of Sandra (nee Campbell ) Hippenstall and loving father of Ruby ( James ) DesRoches of Summerside, James MacDonald ( Bruce Streets) of Toronto, ON., Holly ( Doug ) Rayner of Kildare, Elizabeth ( Chris ) Moore of Charlottetown, Cindy Hippenstall ( Bobby Gaudet ) of Summerside, Donald Koebrich of Charlottetown and Kathy ( Herman ) Bradshaw of Charlettetown. Also lovingly remembered by his 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Survived by his sister-in-law Noreen Hippenstall, brother-in-law Lester MacAusland and mother-in-law Beatrice Campbell all of Summerside.
Besides his parents, Tony was predeceased by his son Kenneth( May 2013 ), brothers Edward ( Ethel ), Wilbert ( Theresa ), Anthony, Eldric ( Lorraine ), Daisy ( Wally ) Strongman, Elizabeth ( Ernest ) Christopher, Doris MacAusland and Mary ( William ) Faulkner.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Wednesday, July 24th for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in St.Paul's Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours on Tuesday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Memorial donations in Tony's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
