Obituary of Ford, Brian Michael
The death occurred peacefully at his late residence on Tuesday, January 22nd , 2013 of Brian Michael Ford of Summerside, P.E.I. and formerly of Halifax N.S., aged 60 years. Brian was born on January 6th, 1953 in Halifax N.S. to his parents Laura (nee Barrett ) and the late Henry Ford. Beloved husband of Suzanne Aube.
Survived by his brothers and sisters : Henry ( Brenda) of Lower Sackville, N.S., Fred ( Linda ) of Toronto, ON., Cathy ( Doug ) Davidson of Truro,N.S., Rick ( Helina ) Kelowna of B.C., Sandra of Halifax, N.S., Alan ( Crystal ) of Toronto, ON. and Kevin of Calgary, AB., also his in-laws Don, Elva and Karl Aube all of Summerside, P.E.I. and Ronald Aube of Halifax, N.S., along with several nieces and nephews and his good buddy "Scooter" the dog.
Besides his father, Brian was predeceased by his brothers Barry and Laurie Eugene (in infancy).
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Monday, January 28th, for a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to take place at a later date. Memorial donations in Brian's memory to the P.E.I. Lung Association or to the P.E.I. Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. By family request there will be no visiting hours.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
