Obituary of Ross, Gerald H.
The death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 of Gerald Hector Ross of Summerside, aged 82 years. Gerald was born in North Granville, P.E.I. to the late Herbert and Evelyn Ross.
Beloved husband of Carrie (Ahearn) Ross and loving father of Evelyn (George) Williams and Roger (Raquel) Ross, daughter in-law Sue White and step - children Susan, Cathy, Donnie, Sandra, Sharon, Nancy, Barbie, Robbie and Tracey. Also lovingly remembered by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survived by his brothers Jim (Marion) Ross,Danny (Cathy) Ross, Gary (Cindy) Ross and sister Thelma Chappell.
Predeceased by his son Kelly Ross and brothers Charlie, Michael and Russell.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. Interment to take place in the Searletown Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations in Gerald's memory can be made directly to Wedgewood Manor Equipment Fund.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
