Obituary of Gaudet, Audrey Bernice
The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside , P.E.I. on Tuesday, June 5th , 2012 of Audrey Bernice Gaudet ( nee MacIntyre ) of Miscouche , P.E.I. , aged 68 years. Audrey was born on April 4th, 1944 in Cape Breton , N.S. to her late parents Bernie & Margaret ( nee MacNeill ) MacIntyre.
Beloved wife of Martin Gaudet and loving mother of Mark ( Sonya ) of Clermont and Tracy of Toronto, ON.. Survived by her brother and sisters; Dorothy Kuta, Fred ( Edna ) MacIntyre, Marjorie ( Calvin ) Dunlop and Donna ( Jimmy ) White all of Cape Breton. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Megen, Mitchell and Morgan and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her brother Jim MacIntyre and her sister Shirley MacNeill.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Friday, June 8th , 2012 then to St. John the Baptist Church, Miscouche for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. . Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Thursday, 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. . Memorial donations in Audrey's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated .

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
