Obituary of Woodin, Sandra Marie
The death occurred at her late residence on Sunday, October 16th , 2011 of Sandra Marie Woodin ( nee Campbell ) of Summerside , P.E.I. and formerly of Halifax, N.S. , aged 59 years. Sandra was born on August 14th , 1952 in Halifax, N.S. to her late parents Charles 'Buss' and Winnifred 'Winnie' Campbell.
Beloved wife of Dan Woodin and loving mother of Steven ( Lisa ) of Saint John, N.B., Heather Woodin and Julie ( Simon ) Hodge all of Halifax, N.S. . Also lovingly remembered by her 6 grandchildren Jocelyne, Zachary, Aiden, Nathaniel, Alex and Abigail , her many nieces and nephews and her 2 granddogs Hershey and Shala. Survived by her sisters Penny ( Dave ) Kiley of Halifax, N.S. and Bubbles ( Gerry ) Mercier of Winnipeg, MB. .
Besides her parents, Sandra was predeceased by brothers Terry and Cyril Campbell.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday, October 19th for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. . Interment to take place in Halifax, N.S. . Memorial donations in Sandra's memory to the P.E.I. Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. No visiting hours by personal request.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
