Obituary of Smith, Donald " Don " Robert

The death occurred suddenly at Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, N.S. on Monday, April 25th, 2011 of Donald 'Don' Robert Smith of Summerside, P.E.I. , aged 66 years. Don was born on July 8, 1944 in Belleville, ON. to his late parents, Clifford and Mary ( Grant ) Smith. Left to mourn are his common-law spouse Alexis Gallant, children: Tim ( Dianna ), Surrey, BC., Anne ( Tom ) Walton, Toronto, ON., Paul ( Gwyn ) Cambridge, ON. and Jeff ( Novalee ) Halifax, NS., his sisters : Margaret, Eleanor & Marabeth, brothers: Clifford & Raymond and his grandchildren: Taylor, Cory, Rachel, Carter, Chloe, Kyle, Ciara, Gabrielle & Keaton. Besides his parents, Don was predeceased by his brother Tom and sister Florence. No visitation or funeral service by personal request. If so desired, donations in Don's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the P.E.I. Humane Society.
