Obituary of Gillis, Reginald " Reggie " Joseph
The death occurred at Oshawa, Ontario of Reginald 'Reggie' Joseph Gillis of Oshawa, ON. and formerly of Summerside , P.E.I. , aged 53 years. Reggie was born on January 23rd , 1957 in Summerside, P.E.I. to his late parents, Stephen & Eileen ( nee Glover ) Gillis.
Loving father of Kristopher ( Ashley Morden ) of Oshawa, On. and Kory of Lower Sackville, N.S. and their mother Annette, also of Lower Sackville, N.S.. Survived by his sisters Roberta Crossman and Bea Gallant and brother Allan ( Fran ) Gillis, all of Summerside.
Besides his parents, Reggie was predeceased by his twin brother Ronnie and another brother Kevin.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Tuesday, December 14th, then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. . Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Monday evening only, 7 - 9 p.m. . Memorial donations in Reggie's memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
