Obituary of MacTaggart, Laurie Elizabeth

The death occurred at her late residence on Sunday , March 15th , 2009 of Laurie Elizabeth MacTaggart ( nee Foster ) of Travellers Rest, P.E.I., aged 78 years. Laurie was born on July 4th , 1930 in Amherst , N.S. to her late parents Archibald & Laura ( nee Williston ) Foster. Beloved wife of John MacTaggart & loving mother of Terry ( Louise ) of Travellers Rest & John ( Seble ) of Maple, Ontario. Also lovingly remembered by her 6 grandchildren Scott, Rachell ( Chris ) Willcock, John Ryan , Nathan, Matty & Noah. Besides her parents, Laurie was predeceased by her sister Eleanor Noiles. By personal request there will be no funeral service held. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday evening only, 7-9 P.M.. A Committal Service will take place at People's Cemetery, Summerside at a later date. Memorial donations in Laurie's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
