Obituary of Arsenault, Edna Mary

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital , Summerside on Sunday, January 25th ,2009 of Edna Mary Arsenault ( nee Gaudet )of Summerside, aged 84 years. Edna was born on June 13th , 1924 in Tignish, P.E.I. to her late parents, Frank & Vitiline ( nee Chaisson ) Gaudet. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Joseph Arsenault and loving mother of Ann Marie Arsenault of London, Ontario. Also lovingly remembered by her nephew Richard ( Teresa ) Arsenault of S'side along with numerous other nieces & nephews. Besides her husband & her parents , Edna was predeceased by her brothers & sisters : Elizabeth, Zoe, Emline, Claude, Joseph & Lorraine. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday, January 28th, 2009,then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m.. Interment will take place at a later date in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers , memorial donations in Edna's memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
