Obituary of Croken, Neil Gregory
The death occured peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, on Sunday, December 21st, 2008 of Neil Gregory Croken of Clermont, P.E.I. and formally of Toronto, On., aged 52 years. Neil was born in Toronto, Ontario on May 25th, 1956.
Loving son of Ida ( nee Gaudet ) of Clermont and the late Louis Croken. Survived by his sisters Diane Croken of Toronto, On., Maureen ( Michael ) Sansana of Mississauga, On. and Lois Croken of Torono, On.. Also lovingly remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.
Besides his father Louis, Neil was predeceased by his sister Janet Smith.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Monday, December 29th, 2008 for Memorial Service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 A.M.. Interment will take place at a later date in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Miscouche, P.E.I.. Visiting hours on Monday morning, from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral service. Memorial dondations in Neil's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
