Obituary of Offer, Frances Dorothy

The death occurred peacefully at Perrin's Clinton View Lodge,Clinton P.E.I. , on Sunday, August 10, 2008 of Frances Dorothy (nee Robertson) Offer, of Perrin's Clinton View Lodge and formerly of Summerside, aged 93 years. Frances was born in Summerside P.E.I. on April 20, 1915 to her late parents William 'Elton' and Mattie Snow (MacKenzie) Robertson. Beloved wife of the late 'Elmer' George Offer and loving mother of Tom (Rita), Clinton and Paul (Jean), Tyne Valley. Loving grandmother of Jay (Kathy), Tom R., Alan (Allison) and Julia (Davide) De Labio and five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Chesley, Ned, Max, Janet, Tillie and Earle. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday for funeral service at the East Prince Funeral Home chapel at 10:30 A.M. Visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9. Memorial donations in Frances' memory to the CNIB, Summerside Presbyterian Church, or to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
