Obituary of Arsenault, Stella Louise

The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Tuesday, August 5th , 2008 of Stella Louise (nee Rogers) Arsenault of 79 Evergreen Village, Summerside , P.E.I. , aged 85 years. Stella was born on August 6th , 1922. in Kentville N.S. to her late parents, Arthur and Lena (Lake) Rogers. Beloved wife of the late Rene Arsenault. Loving mother of Collette Arsenault Summerside, Donald (Donna), Yarmouth, and Roy (Norma), Summerside and loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother John Rogers, Kentville N.S. and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and her husband she was predeceased by her son David, daughter Debbie (infancy) and grandson Brian Arsenault, her brothers and sisters: Fred, Jim, Arthur, Douglas, Donald, and her sisters Jacqueline, Florence, and Helen. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Friday for funeral service at the East Prince Funeral Home chapel at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 7-9 only. Interment in People's Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in Stella's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
