Obituary of Rogerson, Shirley Marry

The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Monday, February 4th , 2008 of Shirley Marry Rogerson ( nee DeCoste ) of Summerside , aged 60 years. Beloved wife of Eric Rogerson and loving mother of Trevor ( Kristen ) of New London, P.E.I. and Shelley ( Shandi Werenka ) of Gull Lake, Ab. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Noah & Matthew Rogerson. Survived by her father Augustine 'Gus' DeCoste of S'side, her brothers Albert ( Sheila ) of Petawawa, On. , Ron ( Linda ) of Edmonton, Ab., Wayne ( Erin ) of S'side and Louie ( Dixie ) of S'side , her special friends Phyllis ( Glen ) Goldsmith of Moncton, N.B. , her aunts Kate Bernard ( Francis DesRoches ) of Miscouche and Mary ( Steve ) Kovac of Winnipeg, Man. as well as several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her mother Rose DeCoste ( nee Richard ). Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Friday, February 8th, 2008 then to St. Paul's Church , Summerside for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. . Interment to take place at a later date in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Shirley's memory to the Prince County Hospice Association or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated.
