Obituary of Bulger, Cecil Francis
It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Cecil Francis Bulger, Jr. at his late residence, Portage P.E.I. on Saturday February 2nd, 2008 at the age of 51 years. Cecil was born to his late parents, Cecil Francis and Angie (Costain) Bulger in Gagetown N.B. on July 28, 1956.
He is lovingly remembered by his children Kara (Matt), Owen Sound On., Justin and Mary Ann and their mother Susan White all of Summerside. Loving brother of Maryenith (Stu) McCue, Peterborough; Kirk (Marg), Clermont; George (Marlene), Summerside; Ashley, B.C.; Kathy Bulger, Buckhorn; Robert (Cathy), Toronto; Mary Ellen (John) Bowker, Peterborough; Margo (Barry) Biggar, Summerside; Ronnie (Kelly), Walsaw. Also his special friends Nelson and Theresa McArthur, God-Daughter Dayle-Ann and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Cecil was predeceased by his brother Wayne and his brother-in-law Sterling MacMillan. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Thursday, February 7th, 2008 for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 a.m. . Interment to take place later in St. Brigid's Parish Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Cecil's memory to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Wednesday evening only, 7 - 9 p.m. .

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
