Obituary of Gaudet, Elmer Reginald
The death occurred at his late residence on Wednesday , September 5th , 2007 of Elmer Reginald Gaudet of Miscouche and formerly of Bedeque, aged 60 years. Elmer was born on Oct. 19, 1946 in Bedeque, P.E.I. to his parents, the late Horace & Mary Ellen ( nee Arsenault ) Gaudet.
Survived by his sister Ruby Gallant of Ch'town and his brothers Edwin of Moncton, N.B. & Albert of Ch'town.
Besides his parents , Elmer was predeceased by his brothers Walter, Ivan, Frederick & George, his sisters Lillian & Blanche & his step-brothers Austin & Leonard Avery.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Saturday, then to St. John the Baptist Church, Miscouche for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. . Interment to take place in St. Peter's Cemetery , Seven Mile Bay.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
