Obituary of Caissie, Lorraine Mary
The death occurred peacefully at her late residence on Saturday, March 10th, 2007 of Lorraine Mary Caissie ( nee Luce )of South Dr., Summerside,aged 69 years. Beloved wife of the late Francis Caissie. Lorraine was born on June 11th , 1937 to her parents, the late James & Bernadette ( nee Gallant ) Luce .
Survived by her special friend Henri Elliott of Summerside. Also remembered by her brothers Dennis ( Yvonne )Luce of Port Dover, Ont.; Paul ( Diane ) Luce of Central Bedeque; her sisters Wanda Connolly of Summerside; Nancy ( Stanley ) Arsenault of Summerside ; and Judy Gallant
of Summerside.
Besides her parents and her husband, Lorraine was predeceased by her sisters Diana & Elizabeth Luce,her brother Alban Luce and her brother-in-laws Channing Connolly and Alder Gallant .
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road,Summerside until Tuesday,for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 a.m..Interment to take place later in St. Paul's Church Cemetery. Memorial donations in Lorraine's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Monday, 2 -4 & 7 - 9 p.m. .

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
