Obituary of Handrahan, Jean Mary

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday, January 7th , 2006 of Jean Mary Handrahan ( nee Fitzpatrick )of Lefurgey Ave., Summerside , aged 73 years. Jean was born in Summerside , P.E.I. on August 9th, 1933 to her parents , the late Bernard & Corinne ( nee Richard ) Fitzpatrick.Beloved wife of the late Fred Handrahan. Survived by her brothers & sisters: Ralph ( Henrietta ) Fitzpatrick of S'side, Edward ( Jean ) Fitzpatrick of Alta., Rena Fitzpatrick of Toronto, Ont. and Norma ( Robert ) Steele of S'side. Also lovingly remembered by several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents & her husband, Jean was predeceased by her sister Diane Fitzpatrick. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home , 245 Pope Rd.,Summerside until Wednesday, then to St. Paul's Church, S'side for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. . Interment to take place in the church cemetery .
