Obituary of Gallant, Mary " Frances "
? The death occurred peacefully at the Summerset Manor, Summerside on Saturday, April 15th , 2006 of Mary Frances 'Faye' Gallant ( nee Razavet ), formerly of 363 Notre Dame St., Summerside , aged 81 years. Frances was born in Summerside on June 14th , 1924 to her parents, the late Capt. Louis & Emma ( nee Gallant ) Razavet.
Beloved wife of the late Emmanuel Gallant and loving mother of Brian " Razzy " ( Nola ) of S'side. Also lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Tara, her brother James Razavet of S'side , her grand step-children along with numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Louis, Ralph and Joseph and her sister Mary.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Tuesday then to St. Paul's Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:00 A.M. . Interment to take place at a later date in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in Frances' memory to the Alzheimer Society of P.E.I. or to the Summerset Manor equipment Fund would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Monday, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 P.M. Members of St. Paul's C.W.L. will hold a prayer service at the funeral home on Monday afternoon at 3:45 P.M. .

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
