Obituary of Crozier, Delmar Borden
Crozier : The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital ,Summerside on Thursday , February 17th , 2005 of Delmar Borden Crozier of Kensington and formerly of Darnley , aged 67 years . Beloved husband and best friend of June ( nee Cole ) Crozier , loving father of Ron ( Sandra Lambe ) Crozier of Lower Freetown and devoted grandfather of Angela Crozier . Special brother to Trudy Corbett-Hughes ( Jimmy ) of Summerside . Also lovingly remembered by the following brothers and sisters -in-law ; Edwin ( Peggy ) Cole of Bolsover , Ont. , James ( Merle ) Cole of New London,Willard ( Janie ) Cole of Margate , Francis Cole of Ch'town , Roma Cole of New London , May Bradley of Ont. , along with numerous nephews , nieces , and cousins . Predeceased by his parents Lyle & Katie ( nee Adams ) Crozier , his brothers Elwood ( Marion ) and Carl Crozier , his nephew Albert Corbett , his mother & father in-law Lewis & Della ( nee Graham ) Cole and his brothers-in-law Ivan , Ingham , and Dawson Cole . Following cremation , a Memorial Service will be held at the East Prince Funeral Home Chapel , 245 Pope Rd. , Summerside on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 P.M. .Memorial donation's in Delmar's memory to the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince County Hospital would be greatly appreciated . Visiting hours on Friday evening only ,6:30 to 9:00 P.M. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the East Prince Funeral Home , Summerside .
ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
