Obituary of Doucette, James "Eldon"

The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Sunday, June 5th, 2022 of James "Eldon" Doucette of Miscouche, P.E.I., aged 61 years. Eldon was born in Summerside, P.E.I. to his father the late Emile Doucette and his mother Shirley (Clow) Doucette. Beloved husband of Katherine (Milligan) Doucette and loving father of Courtney (David) Sobey, James (Katy) Doucette and remembered by their mother Darlene Wadman. Eldon was a loving grandfather to Mikayla, Ayden, Harper, Lucas, Leah and his great grandson Luca. Survived by the following siblings John (Tanya) Doucette, Amber (Mike) DeCoste, Joe (Donna) Doucette and Paul Doucette. Predeceased by his daughter Catrina Leanne. Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Thursday June 9th, 2022 where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Miscouche. Memorial donations in Eldon's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or PEI Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
