William and Marilyn Burnes posted a condolence
Saturday, December 31, 2022
Richard will be missed in the Summerside congregation and by all those he shared the Bibles message with.
We were pleased to get close to Rick these past few years and had lots of laughs together. We are confident Richard rests in Jehovah God’s memory and will be raised to life in a peaceful world, free of disease and pain.
Our condolences go out to Rick’s family and close friends. He regularly expressed his appreciation for all the loving support he received from the congregation.
We especially were glad to spend time with you Eric, and are happy you were able to be with your uncle during his time of need. Rick really enjoyed your visit and your regular phone calls and talked of you often.
Sincerely, William and Marilyn Burnes
ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
