Obituary of Lois Mary Arsenault
The death occurred peacefully at Clinton View Lodge, Clinton, P.E.I. on Tuesday January 10th, 2023 of Lois Mary Arsenault (Paugh) of Summerside, P.E.I. and formerly of Middleton, P.E.I. , aged 83 years. Lois was born in East Bideford, P.E.I. to the late Leigh and Velma Paugh (Lidstone).
Beloved wife of the late Leonard Arsenault and loving mother of Wayne (Deborah) Arsenault and Heather Johnston (Paul M. Schurman). Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Eric Arsenault (Skye Preston), Kathleen Arsenault (Tyler DesRoches), Westley and Laura Johnston.
Survived by her sisters and brother, Ronny (Hazel) Paugh, Erma (Charles) Palmer, Martha Watson, Eleanor (Ed) McNevin, brother in-law Homer Arsenault, sisters in-law Linda Paugh and Rita Martin and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Urban (Nancy), Arthur, Etta (Morris) Selseotes, Myrtle Arsenault, brother and sister in laws: Doris (Albert) Arsenault, Sadie (Garrnet) Watson, Edna (Harold) Warren and Clifford Martin.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Monday January 16th, 2023 where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Lois’s memory to PEI Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours on Sunday from 2 – 4 p.m.
