Obituary of Brian Morrison
On May 3rd 2023, in Texas USA, Brian John Morrison suddenly, due to natural causes, completed his earthly journey.
Brian was the beloved son of John and Juanita (MacDonald) Morrison of Summerside PE. Dear father of Lily Morrison of Texas (remembered by her mother Rebecca Haywood-Morrison). He was the brother of Sharon (Sean) Morrison-O'Connor of South Korea, and Diane (Derril) Morison - Robinson of Tyne Valley PE. Uncle of Xavier and Sienna Morrison-Robinson. Remembered by many extended family members and his many friends in Atlantic Canada and Texas USA. He was predeceased by his brother Scott Andrew in his fourth year.
Brian was born and raised in Summerside PE and had resided in Texas since completion of his education.
Resting a East Prince Funeral Home until the time of the funeral mass at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Summerside at 10:30am on Monday, July 10th 2023. Interment in the church cemetery and reception to follow at St. Paul's Parish Centre. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Paul's Cemetery Fund or charity of your choice would be appreciated..

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
