Obituary of Bernice Winnifred White

The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Tuesday November 14, 2023 of Bernice Winnifred White (Barriault) of Summerside and formerly of Hamilton, ON., aged 87 years. Bernice was born in Summerside to the late Stephen and Theresa (Arsenault) Barriault.

Beloved wife of the late David Burgess and loving mother of Stephanie Hoffmann of Hamilton, ON., Billie-Jo Adomeit of Brantford, ON. and Terry White of Hamilton, ON. Also lovingly remembered by her 4 grandchildren Kyle, Caelan, Ryan and Tyler and numerous cousins.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. Interment to take place in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside at a later date. Memorial donations in Bernice’s memory can be made directly to the Prince County Hospital Foundation.
