Obituary of Doreen Elizabeth Clark
The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital in Summerside on January 22, 2024, of Doreen Elizabeth Clark (McGuigan) of Summerside PE aged 90 years. Doreen was born in England to the late Stephen and Dorothy McGuigan. Beloved wife of Clarence Clark and loving mother to Terence (Lisa) Graham, Sharon Bernard, daughter in law Karen Graham, stepmother to Kevin Clark, Kathy (Steven) Wagner and Amber (Greg) Quigley. Also lovingly remembered by grandchildren Liam, Kaleb, Christopher, and Melissa, step-grandchildren Matthew, Julie, John, Felicia, William, Amanda, Barbara, Alex, Ryan, Nicholas, Katrina and Ashley.
Survived by her sister Sadie Wright.
Predeceased by son Rob Graham and son-in-law Donald Bernard.

Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Thursday January 25, 2024, where a funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm. Interment to take place at a later date at St. John’s Anglican Church. Donations in Doreen’s memory made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Visiting hours on Thursday January 25, 2024, at 1:00 pm until time of funeral service.
ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
