Obituary of Noreen Mary Arsenault
The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Summerset Manor on Monday, September 2, 2024, of Noreen Mary Arsenault (Gaudet), of Summerside, and formerly of Seven Mile Bay, aged 89 years. Noreen was born on Fernwood, PEI to her late parents, Raymond and Antoinette Gaudet.
Beloved wife of the late Agno Arsenault. Loving mother of Peter-deceased (Nancy Hinks), Paul (Marie) Arsenault, Louise (Darryl) Doucette, and Sharon (Wayne Parker) Arsenault.
Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Melissa (Rick) Manns, Carrie Rose Gallant (Tyler), Joseph Arsenault (Tracy Gallant), Matthew Doucette (Samantha), Michelle Doucette (Gatlin Blais), and step grandchildren, Randy Walsh, Tammy Walsh, Lindsay Parker, and Steven Parker.
Will be missed by her great grandchildren: Eve, Riley, Link, Fletcher, Talon, Logan, Watson, Madison, Ashton, Ava, and Evan.
Survived by the following siblings: Eleanor Creelman, Howard Gaudet, Muriel DesRoches, brother-in-law George Perry and sister-in-law Mary Gaudet.
Predeceased by siblings Lloyd (Marion) Gaudet, Arnold Gaudet, Donald Gaudet, Allan Gaudet, Eileen Perry, Ivan Gaudet, Florence Gaudet and sisters-in-law Anna Banks, and Lois, as well as brothers-in-law Everett DesRoches and Charlie Creelman.
Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd, Summerside then to St. Peters Catholic Church, Seven Mile Bay, for a funeral mass on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 10:30 a.m.
Donations in Noreen’s memory may be made directly to the Alzheimer Society or the St. Peter’s Cemetery Fund.

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
