To Lori, Todd, Ernie and family,
Our sincere sympathy on your deep loss. I was a near daily visitor in the household from '69 to '79 and a lifelong best friend of Lori. Deanie was a mother that you couldn't put anything past, she had a sixth sense when we were up to anything. I have many memories of her from my younger years. The biggest impression she left on me was her superior horsemanship. It was almost scary watching her in the horse shows, with her prancing mare all revved up to run the barrels. She maintained control, because she was confident and sure of herself and always was. Peace to your hearts as you grieve. Mike and Karen Walker (Lecky)

Very sad news.
Our deepest sympathy to all the family. Deanie was a wonderful, caring and loving neighbor to my family.
Always was welcoming to us and very kind to my kids who would sneak over at times.
Love Always

To the Swim Family, my condolences on your huge loss. I first met your mom when I was employed with CIBC n we just "clicked". Our relationship continued when we met once a week at our mutual friend, Anzie Hately's home for craft night. We tole painted, we laughed, we talked n we ate! Your mom n I also shared our love quilting n fabric. We always said old quilters never die"they just fall to pieces".I moved from Sside almost 25 years ago n it was no longer as easy to get together but I always felt she n I had a special connection. So Deanie I know you are now in your happy place wrapped in the coziest quilt ever. Love n Jean Ronahan

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
