Obituary of Chow, Kum Sheung
The death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, P.E.I., on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 of Kum Sheung Chow of Summerside, P.E.I., and formerly of Hong Kong, China, aged 88 years.
Beloved wife of the late Chun Yiu Chan, mother to sons Tin-Yau, Tin-Shing, Tin-Lok, daughters Ka-Kuen, Hang-Kuen, Yun-Kuen, Lai-Kuen and Chuen-Kuen. Also lovingly remembered by her 17 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, sons and daughters-in-law, her brother in Hong Kong and nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her sister.
Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside. Due to Covid-19 Regulations, please phone East Prince Funeral Home at 902-436-0915 for information on visiting hours held Friday June 26, 2020. Interment to take place at a later date in Hong Kong, China.

In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
