Obituary of DesRoches, John Peter

The death occurred peacefully at Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Tuesday, June 4th, 2019 of John Peter DesRoches of Summerside and formerly of Miscouche, P.E.I., aged 85 years. John was born in Summerside to the late Frank and Agatha (nee Gaudet). Survived by his nephew Kenny DesRoches, nieces Glenda (Jacco) Voss and Pamela (Joel) Arsenault, great nieces and nephews Derrick, Nicolas, Alex, Jordan, Kyler, Noel and Timothy. Predeceased by his brother Francis Jr. DesRoches. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Friday, June 7th, then to St. John the Baptist Church, Miscouche for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Memorial donations in John's memory to the Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated. By personal request, there will be no visiting hours held.
