Obituary of Jenkins, Marie Ruth

The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Saturday, August 30th , 2014 of Marie Ruth Jenkins (nee Gay) of Summerside, aged 90 years. Marie was born in Moncton, N.B. to her late parents Harvey and Mary Gay. Beloved wife of the late Lester Jenkins and loving mother of Donna Jenkins (John) of Alberta, Bill Jenkins (Marilyn) of New Annan and Laurie Buell (Ronnie) of Fort McMurray, AB. . Also lovingly remembered by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law Beryl Gay of Truro, N.S. and Wilma McNeill and Ruth Jenkins of Ontario. Besides her husband and parents, Marie was predeceased by her son Moyse Jenkins, her brother Bill Gay, her daughter-in-law Theresa Jenkins and grandsons Kenyon Jenkins and Ben Kyllonen. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Wednesday, September 3rd for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations in Marie's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
