We are so very sorry about the passing of your mother and grandmother Winnie. Denise, Darla and I loved her so very much. Many a night she would have us in stitches. She had such a great sense of humour. Phyllis Ferrare is with us now and would also like to send her deepest condolences. She will always be fondly remembered by us and our children Justin, Peter, Brandon and Jessica. Rest in Peace dear Winnie until we meet again.

To The Cairns Family.
So very sorry to hear of your mom’s unexpected and sudden passing. I am so thankful that I did get to speak with her and pray with her last Saturday. I was privileged and blessed to be her Pastor for 3 years. Since I left the Island the end of June she kept telling me that she was now my friend. We talked at least once a week on the phone and we always ended our telephone conversation with a prayer which she so appreciated and she always said ‘I love you’’. Your Mom was a wonderful Christian lady who showed kindness to all who knew her. She loved to laugh, joke and she certainly enjoyed life. We actually talked about the spring once winter was over and me visiting her on the Island, sadly it wasn’t to be. I so appreciated your Mom and she always expressed her thanks to God for her wonderful family. She loved you all so very much and she felt really blessed to have you in her life. Hold on to your memories as I will. Smile and yes sometimes you will cry, that’s ok. Please accept my deepest condolences and be assured of my thoughts and prayers.
Blessings

ABOUT US
In the late 1980's, a group of citizens from the East Prince area met to discuss the possibility of establishing a co-operative funeral home. Two such homes were operating successfully in Prince County, namely the West Prince Funeral Home in Palmer Road and the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville. As a result, on January 24th, 1989, the East Prince Funeral Co-operative Ltd. was formed.
